Transparent Accounts
he money you give is used to finance the activities and projects we have as a church. This includes maintaining our building, paying the salaries of pastors and church staff, providing food and clothing donations to vulnerable people through our Social Work, and carrying out activities to share the gospel with others.
As a legally established church, we are subject to oversight and control by government authorities. Therefore, certified accountants manage our finances transparently and in an organized manner.
Within the church, we have a Local Board of Directors (CODIL) that meets regularly and also oversees our income and expenses.
Finally, our denomination, the Colombian Christian and Evangelical Alliance, has a fiscal auditor and a National Board of Directors (CODIN) that serve as administrative and ministerial oversight bodies.
Since we are an organized and transparent church, we must keep track of what we receive and from whom. This also helps us comply with the requirements of the Colombian government to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing, and to keep clear accounts with the National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN).

When you register for a Christian Education course , a short-term mission trip, or an event, you will need to make your payment in the same way you make a directed donation or offering.

If you make a bank transfer or deposit, you must send an email to admon.elencuentro@gmail.com including your personal information and the purpose of the payment. This is important because if you do not send your email, your donation will be recorded as a general offering and not as payment for a specific program.
